EXHIBITION information & installation photos
The Matter of Light, Pence Gallery, Davis, California, December 2023 - February 2024
Bellacera explores the universe as a dynamic interplay of energy and matter. Through mixed media and digital imagery, he transforms observations of the natural world into geometric forms and vibrant fields of color.
In and Out of Phase: The Topographies of Light, Viewpoint Gallery, Sacramento, California, January 2025
Bellacera begins with photographs of overlooked textures and everyday encounters with light—from reflections and cracked pavement to landscapes and spiderwebs. These images reveal unexpected worlds and hidden dimensions within the familiar.
